You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into effective solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and solid knowledge of retail processes, including store operations, merchandising, inventory, eCommerce and omnichannel customer journeys.

Gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

Analyse retail processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and digital transformation.

Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments.
-
Create process maps, workflows, reports and stakeholder presentations.
-
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects and Development Teams.

Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
-
At least six years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

Proven Business Analysis experience within the retail sector.

Strong knowledge of retail processes, including:

Store operations;

Merchandising;
-
Inventory and supply chain;
-
Pricing and promotions;
-
Point of Sale systems;
-
eCommerce and digital retail;
-
Omnichannel customer journeys.

Experience in transformation, change or digital modernisation programs.

Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

Experience creating user stories, process flows, business requirements and functional specifications.

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro or similar tools.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent Portuguese and English.
