Your Mission:
Be the face of GuestReady on the ground and create smooth, memorable guest experiences by:
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins
Handling key pick-ups and deliveries
Performing property quality checks
Coordinating with service providers
Delivering essential items to properties
️ Explaining appliances, heating, and property features
Troubleshooting minor issues when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English & Portuguese
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Own transportation (car or motorbike required)
Detail-oriented with high quality standards
Comfortable with digital tools (Slack & internal systems – training included)
Flexible schedule (check-ins can happen any day, between 11 AM and midnight)
