Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Days off: Saturday & Sunday
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting directory platform services. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured, weekday schedule while contributing to a professional and international environment.
Important: Candidates must already be based in Portugal, specifically in or near Braga or Aveiro. Applications requiring relocation will not be considered.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German

Assist users with platform navigation, account inquiries, and issue resolution

Ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex cases

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and processes

Fluency in German (C1–C2, written and spoken)

Good command of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach

Must currently reside in Portugal (Braga or Aveiro area)

Performance bonus: €100/month (paid over 12 months)
