We are seeking a Brand Design & Marketing Associate to manage creative development and brand stewardship that elevates JLL's market positioning. This is primarily a design-focused role requiring proven creative expertise combined with strategic thinking and project coordination capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a skilled designer who can conceptualize and execute distinctive visual communication from concept through delivery—developing creative direction, visual identities, and compelling brand narratives that reinforce JLL's premium positioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Development (Primary Focus)Develop visual identities and design concepts that reinforce JLL's premium market positioning across all brand touchpoints
Produce comprehensive design assets for corporate communications, events, digital platforms, marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and showrooms
Create compelling visual narratives and creative concepts that connect audiences with JLL's properties through distinctive, high-impact design
Drive creative excellence and ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all communications
Conceptualize end-to-end creative executions from initial visual strategy through final asset production across print, digital, and multimedia formats
Monitor design trends and competitive landscape to ensure contemporary, differentiated creative output
Project Coordination & Creative ManagementCoordinate complete creative project lifecycles from brief through delivery with demonstrated autonomy
Develop and execute communication plans including creative strategy, messaging, visual direction, and channel selection
Oversee production workflows, timelines, and quality control across all design outputs
Manage multiple simultaneous creative projects while maintaining design excellence and meeting deadlines
Digital Content & MultimediaCreate and manage visual content across digital platforms and channels
Support multimedia production including video concepts, motion graphics, and audiovisual content
Develop integrated content strategies that reinforce brand positioning through cohesive visual storytelling
Global-Local Creative AlignmentLead localization and creative adaptation of JLL's global marketing materials while maintaining design integrity
Coordinate with JLL's global marketing services to ensure strategic creative alignment
External Creative CoordinationManage relationships with external design agencies, creative suppliers, and production houses
Ensure all external parties meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Required Experience & SkillsDesign Experience (Mandatory)3-5 years proven experience in graphic and digital design, preferably in premium brand, luxury, or real estate contexts
Strong portfolio demonstrating: conceptual thinking, premium positioning sensibility, format versatility, end-to-end project execution, and visual identity development
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—required), After Effects, and digital design tools
Proven experience developing visual identities and creative concepts for recognized brands
Demonstrated skills across diverse formats including content production, video editing, motion graphics, and integrated campaigns
Exceptional aesthetic sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and strong typography, layout, and composition skills
Project Management & AutonomyProven experience coordinating design projects independently from concept to production
Demonstrated autonomy in creative project management with minimal supervision
Ability to balance strategic creative thinking with hands-on execution across simultaneous projects
Experience or strong interest in creative localization and adaptation of global campaigns
Education and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related creative fields
Minimum 3 years professional design and marketing experience; commercial real estate or premium brand experience preferred
Portfolio submission required
Key CompetenciesExcellent graphic and visual design skills with comprehensive portfolio
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Outstanding creative project management and leadership skills

Experience with marketing automation tools and digital platforms (valued)
