We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the design and rollout of a strategic Data Factory platform.
You will work with developers, data engineers, product owners, data owners, and regulatory teams to transform business needs into scalable data aggregation, curation, integration, and quality solutions.

Gather and analyse requirements from business, data, and regulatory stakeholders;

Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data-model diagrams;

Maintain requirements catalogues, data dictionaries, process maps, and test plans;

Manage backlogs and requirements traceability in Jira or Azure DevOps;

Support test-case design and test planning;

Collaborate with ETL teams on data flows and transformation logic;

Define and maintain data-quality rules, thresholds, and validation checks;

Present progress and results through demos, reviews, and status reports;

Identify improvement opportunities for the Data Factory framework.

Senior experience as a Business Analyst in IT and data environments;

Strong knowledge of banking and financial services;

Experience with requirements gathering and functional documentation;

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or Azure DevOps;

Experience managing user stories, backlogs, and traceability;
-
Practical SQL and PL/SQL development skills, preferably with Oracle;

Understanding of data integration, aggregation, and data quality;

Fluent Portuguese and professional English at B2 level or higher.

Experience with data migration projects;

Knowledge of large-scale data manipulation and aggregation;

Basic French.
The ideal candidate combines strong Business Analysis experience with practical data knowledge. You are autonomous, organised, and comfortable discussing data models, ETL flows, quality rules, and regulatory requirements with both business and technical stakeholders.
