Professional Profile/ Required Experience:

2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer

Experience working with Salesforce in financial services / banking – a significant advantage

Familiarity with key modules such as: Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and work closely with business stakeholders within the bank

Configure and customize Salesforce according to business processes

Manage users, profiles, roles, and permissions
-
Maintain existing processes and system components
-
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal banking systems
-
Perform functional testing (UT) and support go-live activities
-
Build reports and dashboards using Reports & Dashboards and data analysis tools.
Additional Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and system understanding

Ability to work with offshore platform teams

High level of English (spoken and written)

Ability to follow platform governance, guidelines, and controls
