ABOUT US:

At Go4Mobility, we are your trusted partner for Digital Mobile Solutions. As a leading technology company, we specialize in multichannel digital communication and messaging services, helping businesses enhance interactions with their customers through seamless and innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and needs (e.g., reporting) into data solutions.
Develop and maintain data integration processes (ETL/ELT).
Design data models and ensure efficient data organization (e.g., star schema, data marts).
Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, internal/external systems).
Ensure data quality, consistency, availability, and governance.
Define and evolve data architecture.
Develop reports (semantic layer/model) and metrics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.
Identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance and democratize data usage.
Document data models, processes, and developed dashboards/reports.
Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Experience with ETL processes / data pipelines (data processing, transformation, and analysis).
Experience with Python or a similar language (data processing) – nice to have
Experience in data modeling and data warehousing.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure / GCP).
Knowledge of data modeling principles.
Understanding of performance, scalability, and tuning.
Strong ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset (not only technical), with the ability to translate data into clear insights
Collaborative mindset, working effectively between IT and business teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
