ROLE:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met within a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate and support production operators to maintain an efficient workflow;
Monitor performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions;
Plan production schedules and maintain accurate operational records;
Ensure materials are available and properly managed to support production requirements;
Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager;
Support the training and integration of new production team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related field (preferred);
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments;
Previous experience leading or supervising teams (preferred);
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment;
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology and digital tools;
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail and accuracy.
