IT ADMINISTRATOR - FILE TRANSFER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator - File Transfer responsible for managing secure file transfers and data exchange processes, ensuring the reliable movement of sensitive information between internal stakeholders and external entities. You will play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of data exchange infrastructures while supporting critical business operations and connectivity initiatives.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Gather technical requirements for new file transfer configurations and data exchange flows.
Participate in change requests related to connectivity updates, both technical and functional.
Perform and coordinate testing activities to ensure reliable and error-free implementations.
Manage and maintain file transfer platforms, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents, troubleshooting connectivity and data exchange issues.
Interface with internal stakeholders and external administrators to support connectivity initiatives and deliver status updates.
Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Maintain detailed documentation of file transfer mappings, configurations, and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve security, reliability, and efficiency within data exchange processes.
Ensure precise handling of sensitive data exchanges to prevent data loss or leakage.

Your Main Qualifications
Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with Axway solutions, specifically Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport.
Experience managing services on Linux and Windows Server environments.
Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols, including SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
Experience providing advanced support in file transfer and connectivity environments.
Experience in configuration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of file transfer solutions.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
