This role is key in ensuring that our business applications operate seamlessly, enabling high-performance operations across multiple domains. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, bridging technology and operations, and contributing to the continuous elevation of our systems, processes, and user experience.
Provide application support across multiple business systems, ensuring reliability and performance
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with efficiency and attention to detail
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into effective solutions
Support and participate in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and system accuracy
Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Identify opportunities to optimize systems and enhance user experience
Contribute to a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application support roles
Proven experience supporting multiple business applications
Experience in complex, multi-system environments (retail, hospitality, or similar sectors is a plus)
Accounting and finance processes
Billing and customer management
Supplier management and accounts payable
Logistics and warehouse management
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Cegid Primavera)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus)
Experience with system integrations (APIs, ETL) is valued
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
