As Head of Buying, you will be based at our Head Office in Porto, working closely with Designers and Merchandisers to develop impactful global collections tailored to our diverse markets.
This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in fashion buying, a sharp understanding of trends, and a proven track record in product development and negotiation.

Lead the analysis of fashion trends and category performance to drive strategic product development decisions with strong commercial impact

Develop, execute, and monitor the buying strategy to achieve category objectives and ensure delivery of key KPIs

Oversee supplier sourcing and negotiation, building strong partnerships while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
