You will be supporting one of the world's most iconic and historic pioneers in the interactive entertainment industry. Celebrated globally for creating legendary video game franchises—such as the adventures of a famous Italian plumber, mythical fantasy quests, and pocket-sized monster-catching universes—this company has shaped global pop culture across generations. From pioneering handheld devices in the 80s and 90s to revolutionary motion-controlled and hybrid home consoles, their products are a staple of joy in millions of households worldwide.
Your Role & Workplace Model:
As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide premium support via phone, email, and live chat, handling technical synchronization, software installations, and purchase inquiries.
To balance team collaboration and flexibility, this position operates on a hybrid workplace model.
Standard Routine: You will work 2 days in the office per week and 3 days remotely.
Peak Season Requirement: Between November and January, the schedule shifts to Monday to Friday in the office to ensure maximum support during the high-volume winter holiday season.
Job Requirements:
Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
English Skills: A very good level of English (written and spoken) is required for internal communication and systems.
Skills: Strong communication skills, passion for gaming/technology, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Training Phase: Includes a paid, intensive induction period at €213.60 per week.
Working Hours: 160 hours/month, operational availability from Monday to Friday (09:00–19:00) and Saturdays (09:00–14:00) with a 25% weekend shift allowance.

Basic Salary:
€1,121.00 per month.
Christmas Allowance: €93.42 per month (paid prorated monthly).
Holiday Allowance: €93.42 per month (paid prorated monthly).

Total Monthly Gross Salary: €1,461.83 per month.
Total Salary Package Value: €1,461.83 per month.
