We are looking for a Project Manager – IT Obsolescence & Legacy Migration
CONTEXT
This role will be part of a high-impact internal consulting function supporting strategic transformation initiatives. The professional will contribute to complex consulting engagements with a particular focus on legacy system migration and IT obsolescence projects, helping large-scale organizations modernize critical environments while ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.
This is not a purely technical role. We are looking for someone with strong project management experience in IT obsolescence / legacy migration contexts, capable of driving transformation initiatives, managing stakeholders, and supporting modernization programs in complex corporate environments.
MAIN MISSION
To support strategic transformation projects with a focus on legacy migration and IT obsolescence initiatives, ensuring strong project governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery across complex and large-scale environments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in strategic consulting projects with a focus on legacy system migration and IT obsolescence initiatives
- Support the delivery of large-scale transformation and modernization programs across complex organizations
- Manage project planning, follow-up, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple project streams and transformation initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a reliable point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage expectations, influence decision-making, and navigate competing priorities in complex project environments
- Contribute to the development of consulting services related to transformation, modernization, and project management
- Support the evolution of project management methods, tools, and best practices within the Internal Consulting Unit
- Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the team
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing legacy system migration projects and/or IT obsolescence initiatives within large organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex transformation environments and coordinate multiple project streams
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or modernization projects is highly valued
- Experience working with international financial groups is a strong plus
- Banking sector experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fluency in French and English is required
