Main responsibilities of this position:
Follow the processes to maintain data quality in key systems.
Seek and gather accurate information to fully support customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Follow the Core Model in place to maintain the quality of Customer and Europcar
Network data in key systems
- Maintain an excellent level of data consistency and integrity in key systems
- Accountable for a correct analysis on the inputs provided by all Business teams
- Manage new customer set-ups and changes in support of business processes
- Accountability for managing the administration of all customer-related data
- Ensuring a correct technical action that fully meets the expectations
- Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Supporting improvement programs
- Informing Team Lead of any issues or opportunities with existing activities
- Special data related projects as assigned by management
External and Internal Partners
- Europcar Franchisee Network
- RCM and Pricing Teams
- Sales & Commercial Teams
- Operational Teams
Key Skills
- High School Completed
- Strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools /
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Google tools will be highly valued
- Experience with Salesforce will be highly valued
- Experience with GDS applications will be highly valued
- Previous contact with Business Objects will be highly valued
- English Level B2
- Experience on working in a Multinational & cross-functional, collaborative team
environment
- Experience on working on Sales Support function
