We are recruiting for various projects, including Google (sales or customer care) or technical support for Nintendo, and other great companies on a hybrid model. Two examples are below. Sales
Part of your daily activities will be:
- Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities;
- Outbound calls by phone in the are of 50 contacts per day, depending on success rate;
- Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
- Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients;
- Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Customer Service
Part of your daily activities will be:
Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients.
Administrative Support (Login, Passwords);
Technical Support;
Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements:
Speak German C1+/C2 level language skill;
Speak English B2;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
