Attività principali

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Participate in the definition and implementation of digital transformation strategies to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Manage projects, including data integration, data quality, data governance, and data migration.
Ensure the successful adoption of technology tools by business users through the following actions: Provide In-Person Training, Prepare/Provide Training Material and Collaborate Closely with Users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requisiti

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (3 to 5 years), preferably in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and best practices.
Expertise in data management, including data integration, data quality, data governance, and data migration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with real estate technology and systems.
Knowledge of data analytics.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
Preferably with experience with Change Management processes.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting its a plus.
