The project:
We are looking for Dutch-speaking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a customer service role to join our team in Lisbon. You will be supporting a globally recognized company and helping customers by providing friendly and effective assistance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or digital channels, identifying and addressing their needs promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences through professional, brand-aligned communication.
- Aim for First Contact Resolution by effectively using available tools and information.
- Act as a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of the products, services, and company values, continuously learning and improving.
- Create sales and retention opportunities by engaging customers, promoting relevant offers, and building lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Dutch language (C2)
- English language (B2)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic, international environment.
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow within a customer-focused role.
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
What you will gain:
- Full time contract
- Base salary without accommodation: 1400 €
- Base salary with accommodation: 1150 € (room in shared apartment with bills included paid by the employer during the contract)
- You will also receive payment for completing the training
IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - permanent relocation package:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
