Your Role
The role of E-Commerce Manager will involve:

E-commerce strategy development: Define and execute the long-term e-commerce roadmap for ZEISS Vision - including platform evolution, international scaling, and integration with brand and retail strategies.

Future platform advancement: Lead the conceptual and operational upgrading of the ZEISS Online Shop, focusing on digital architecture, scalability, personalization, and premium user experience.

Omnichannel & ecosystem design: Align online and offline commerce to create seamless customer journeys connecting ZEISS’s retail partners, digital services, and physical touchpoints

Innovation leadership: Scout and pilot new digital retail capabilities (e.g., virtual try-on, prescription integration, self-refraction interfaces) in partnership with ZEISS innovation teams.

Customer-centric mindset: Continuously refine the online customer journey using behavioral insights, UX testing, and performance analytics.
