ROLE:
Provide customer support and recommend solutions via email and telephone;
Handle order-related issues, queries, and service requests;
Contribute to other initiatives depending on business needs and individual capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in two languages: Portuguese and Spanish or English (mandatory);
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly;
Experience in customer service or support positions (advantageous);
Good computer skills, with a proactive attitude and initiative-driven mindset.
