A well-established and expanding hotel group is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager – Leisure to lead, structure, and grow the leisure commercial strategy across its hotel portfolio.
Define, lead, and execute B2B leisure sales strategies across a diverse client base, including tour operators, travel agencies, consortia, and leisure partners.
Manage and develop key domestic and international leisure accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships, sustainable growth, and consistent service levels.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the leisure travel market to increase revenue, production, and market penetration.
Deliver analytical analysis of sales performance, production by client and channel, profitability, and trends, using data to support strategic and commercial decisions.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, customer behavior, and distribution dynamics to continuously adapt sales strategies.
Represent the group at international trade fairs, roadshows, workshops, and leisure travel events, promoting the hotel portfolio and destinations.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing strategies, promotions, offers, and distribution with profitability and brand positioning.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic action plans to support senior management and executive decision-making.
Support the long-term leisure strategy, contributing to portfolio growth, new hotel openings, and regional commercial development.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior or regional leisure sales management role within the hospitality sector (multi-property experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of leisure travel distribution channels, including tour operators, travel agencies, consortia, OTAs, and group/leisure production flows.
Solid experience combining relationship-based sales with analytical and performance-focused decision-making.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial awareness, comfortable working with data, reports, and forecasts.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven, with the ability to lead regional initiatives at senior level.
