An international company is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering team responsible for building and evolving modern software delivery platforms.
In this role, you will help development teams accelerate software delivery by implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps practices, cloud-native technologies, and secure DevSecOps processes. You will also play a key role in improving developer experience, enabling engineering teams, and promoting platform engineering best practices across multiple technology stacks.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Pipeline-as-Code.
- Build and support production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies.
- Administer and optimize SonarQube, quality gates, and code quality processes.
- Integrate security scanning throughout the development lifecycle, including:
- SAST
- Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
- Secret scanning
- Infrastructure-as-Code scanning
- Generate and manage Software Bills of Materials (SBOM) using Syft and CycloneDX.
- Support engineering teams working across Java, PHP, Angular, and modern database technologies.
- Improve platform observability through logs, metrics, traces, alerting, and SLO implementation.
- Mentor and enable development teams by promoting platform engineering best practices and ensuring successful knowledge transfer.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Jenkins and Pipeline-as-Code.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps.
- Experience administering SonarQube and implementing quality gates.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps security practices, including:
- SAST
- SCA
- Secret scanning
- IaC scanning
- Experience generating SBOMs using Syft or CycloneDX.
- Experience supporting applications built with:
- Java (Spring Boot & Quarkus)
- PHP
- Angular / TypeScript
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts:
- Logging
- Metrics
- Distributed tracing
- Alerting
- Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Proven track record of enabling internal engineering teams through mentoring, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- English level B2 or above.

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance SaaS.
- Knowledge of FHIR and HL7 integration standards.
- Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms.
- Experience with feature flag platforms such as Unleash.
- Experience with trunk-based development at enterprise scale.
- Participation in multi-market cloud standardization initiatives.
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and software delivery performance metrics.
