As a Receptionist, you will play a key role throughout the guest journey, from the first point of contact to departure. We are looking for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine hospitality, anticipating needs, recognising preferences and ensuring that every detail is taken care of.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
- Prepare and conduct check-ins and check-outs
- Anticipate guests' needs and personalise the service
- Handle guest requests, reservations and service recovery situations
- Coordinate with the different resort teams
- Share recommendations and promote Vila Vita experiences
- Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy and efficiency across Front Office operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in Reception, preferably in a 5-star hotel
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS (preferred)
- Experience with Forbes and LQA standards (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong guest-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Proactive and autonomous approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and professional attitude
