Work schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts rotating 24/7, consisting of 8-hour workdays.
What tasks does this role involve?
- Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;
- Handling and supporting client policies and guidelines;
- Keeping quality requirements in terms of user safety.
What qualifications should you have?
- High school degree;
- 0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company (Preferable, but not mandatory);
- Ability to work across shifts;
- European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;
- Fluency in FRENCH (C1/C2/Native), strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English.
