Our client is one of the largest car rental company.
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with rental car bookings, handling potential cancellations, and addressing any billing or payment concerns. This opportunity involves working with a leading company offering rent-a-car services in Portugal and over 70 other countries and territories.
We are looking for reinforcements in the form German-speaking employees for our remote team in the north Portugal.

As a Customer Support you will:
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally
- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues
- Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs
What do we expect?
- You speak German at min. C2 level
- You already live in Portugal
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- Base salary: 1.230 € gross x 12 months (or 1.055 € gross x 12 months) – you choose the payment schedule!
- up to 95€ gross performance bonus (x12 months)
- additional 30€ per weekend at work!
- Meal allowance: 7,63€ net/day (it's 167,86€ / month) – issued as a prepaid card
Your average monthly gross salary will range between 1230€ and 1492€ / month + extras!
