Goodcase.io is a legal technology company supporting U.S. immigration law firms with high-quality documentation for visa petitions - including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, L-1, and E-2 - as well as operations, digital transformation, and marketing. We help law firms scale efficiently without additional hiring.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented writer to join our team and help craft compelling legal documents for U.S. immigration petitions. No prior immigration experience is required - we will train you from scratch. What we need is someone who thinks clearly, writes exceptionally well in English, and takes ownership of their work.
This is a high-speed, high-volume role. The work is intellectually stimulating and deeply interesting - you will be telling the stories of extraordinary individuals - but it requires exceptional multitasking, airtight attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under hard, fast-moving deadlines. If you lose focus under pressure or struggle to manage multiple projects at once, this is likely not the right fit for you.
What you will do
- Draft high-volume petition letters, cover letters, and supporting documents for U.S. immigration cases (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1) under attorney supervision.
- Analyze client profiles and case materials to identify and articulate their strongest achievements.
- Conduct research to gather supporting details and context for each case.
- Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and meet the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate with case managers and team leads to deliver work on time.

- Background in law (any jurisdiction) is a plus - but not required.
