You will be responsible for secure file transfers and sensitive data exchanges between internal business teams and external organisations, including clients and market entities.
Your mission will be to configure, test, document, monitor, and support transfer flows while maintaining the high availability of the data-exchange infrastructure. You will work directly with internal stakeholders and external system administrators to resolve connectivity, protocol, firewall, and handshake issues.
File Transfer Projects

Gather technical requirements for new file-transfer configurations and data-exchange flows.
- Translate business and connectivity requirements into secure technical solutions.
- Configure and implement new transfer flows.
- Participate in change-management processes for technical and functional connectivity updates.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate rigorous configuration testing.
- Validate transfer flows to ensure accurate and error-free delivery.
- Support the launch and follow-up of connectivity initiatives.
- Configure sensitive data exchanges with a strong focus on preventing data loss or leakage.
- Identify security, stability, and efficiency gaps in existing exchange processes.
- Recommend improvements and contribute to technical optimisation initiatives.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation for transfer maps, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Prioritise connectivity projects and take independent ownership of assigned activities.
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders and external administrators.
Application and Production Support

Provide Level 3 support for file-transfer incidents.
- Investigate failed transfers, connectivity problems, and data-exchange errors.
- Implement immediate workarounds to minimise business impact.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support permanent problem resolution.
- Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments.
- Ensure the stability and high availability of file-transfer platforms.
- Monitor scheduled transfers, real-time exchanges, and batch flows.
- Document known issues, solutions, and procedures for first-line support teams.
- Administer file-transfer services running on Linux and Windows Server.
- Stop, start, deploy, configure, and debug relevant services.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and protocol handshake issues.
- Communicate directly in English with external system administrators.

Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience with managed file-transfer environments.
- Hands-on experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport.
- Experience administering services on Linux or Windows Server.
- Ability to start, stop, deploy, configure, monitor, and debug services.
- Strong technical knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledge of firewalls and load balancers.
- Experience troubleshooting connectivity and protocol-handshake issues.
- Experience supporting scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer flows.
- Ability to analyse complex technical incidents from a systems-administration perspective.
- Strong understanding of secure data-exchange practices.
- Experience producing detailed technical and operational documentation.
- High level of accuracy when handling sensitive information.

You are comfortable managing Linux or Windows services, analysing network connectivity, troubleshooting transfer protocols, and communicating directly with international system administrators in English.
