Key responsibilities in your new role
You will contribute to the success of Infineon's Go-to-Market (G2M) Partner Management and the Infineon Partner Program by supporting divisions and segments, developing processes and frameworks, and ensuring a unified partner management approach across Infineon. You will have the opportunity to shape and establish new capabilities for G2M Partner Management at Infineon, connecting data, KPIs, processes, and business outcomes to drive transparency, portfolio steering, and measurable business impact.
Develop and drive business impact measurement frameworks for G2M Partner Management through KPIs, reporting concepts, and performance reviews-
Analyze partner-related metrics, portfolio performance, and business impact data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas

Translate data and KPIs into actionable business insights, recommendations, and management decision proposals

Drive executive reporting, dashboards, and management presentations to increase transparency and support portfolio steering

Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Divisions, Segments, Operations, and Data stakeholders to establish a unified G2M Partner Management approach
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are an analytical and business-oriented professional who excels at translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations, driven by a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you bring the urge to build something visible and impactful across Infineon while thinking strategically and driving alignment across the organization.

Holding a university degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related discipline

2-5 years of experience in business analytics, business performance management, consulting, sales operations, portfolio management, or related field

Strong KPI management and business analytics skills, including reporting logic, dashboarding, and data-driven decision making

Experience with CRM systems, business performance reporting, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions is an advantage

Experience in project work, including steering or contributing to work packages, is an advantage

Fluency in English
