At Take Free Tours, we bring cities to life through engaging and authentic Free Walking Tours. In 2025, we welcomed around 500,000 travellers across Portugal and were looking for a motivated Reservations & Operations Manager to help us keep every tour running smoothly and every guest experience exceptional. What Youll Be Doing As part of our operations team, you will play a key role in the daily coordination of our tours, guides, bookings, and customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing reservations and booking platforms; Confirming attendance and adjusting tour capacity; Coordinating schedules and guide allocations; Supporting customers and guides with clear, friendly, and efficient communication; Updating reports and monitoring guide performance; Helping ensure every tour runs smoothly from start to finish; What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate has: A university degree; 12 years of experience in a similar role; Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory!); Other languages are a plus; Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail; A structured, organised, and methodical approach to work; Great communication skills and empathy; A customer-focused mindset; A results-driven attitude and interest in business performance; Availability to work weekends. This is a remote position, with fixed days off either Thursday and Friday or Monday and Tuesday.
