Idera, Inc • Remote • Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Hacker to find, test, and scale the channels that drive developer signups, activation, and revenue for our API platform. This role is for someone with a real track record in B2B SaaS growth, someone who doesn't wait for a brief, spots an opportunity and ships an experiment the same week, and treats every campaign as a hypothesis to be tested rather than a plan to be followed.
You'll work across the funnel: acquisition, activation, and expansion. Running fast, scrappy experiments and doubling down on what works. This isn't a role for someone who needs a detailed roadmap handed to them;
we're looking for someone with initiative, a strong bias to action, and the ability to get things done independently.
What You will Do:
-
Own and drive our growth experimentation roadmap: design, launch, measure, and iterate on experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion.
-
Identify and test new channels and tactics for reaching developers and technical buyers, from SEO and content loops to product-led growth mechanics and community-driven tactics.
-
Build and optimize signup, onboarding, and activation funnels in close partnership with product.
-
Set up tracking, dashboards, and experiment frameworks so results are measurable and decisions are data-driven.
-
Run rapid A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, emails, pricing pages, and in-product flows.
-
Partner with product marketing and content to fuel growth loops with the right messaging and assets.
-
Manage paid acquisition tests where relevant, with a focus on efficient, scalable channels rather than broad spend.
-
Report on what's working, kill what isn't, and reallocate effort fast, speed and iteration matter more than perfect plans.
-
Work with the GEO/AEO team to increase our visibility in the field of LLMs.
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking roles, with a strong track record at B2B SaaS companies.
-
A demonstrated bias to action: you propose ideas, run experiments, and ship without waiting for permission or a fully-formed plan.
-
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and drawing clear conclusions from experiment data.
-
Hands-on experience with growth and marketing tooling (analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, CRM/marketing automation,).
-
Experience growing product-led or developer-facing products is a strong plus.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain hypotheses, results, and next steps.
-
Comfort working with high autonomy and minimal supervision, while staying tightly aligned with business goals.
-
A scrappy, resourceful mindset, you find a way to test an idea with the resources at hand rather than waiting for the ideal setup.
-
A passion for new trends and technologies, especially involving AI.
Nice to Have
-
Experience in marketing to developers or technical audiences.
-
Familiarity with API products, developer tools, or usage-based pricing models.
-
Basic scripting or API skills (Python, JavaScript) to build custom growth tooling or automate experiments.
-
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions and self-serve funnels.
