Role Summary
The Concierge is responsible for managing and elevating the member experience before, during and after each visit to Estoril Riviera. The role serves as a central point of contact for members, ensuring all requests are handled with discretion, efficiency and a high level of personalization.
The focus is on coordinating reservations, curated experiences, events and external partnerships, while acting as a seamless liaison between all Club departments to guarantee smooth execution.
The Concierge also develops and creates special offers for members and identifies opportunities to enhance services, ensuring an enriched and personalized member experience.
The role also oversees complaint management, ensuring concerns are handled promptly, professionally and documented with clear reporting and follow-up. In addition, the Concierge supports member onboarding and renewals, contributing to long-term relationships and a consistent, high-touch service standard across the Club.

Required skills:
Fluency in English / Portuguese
Minimum 24 months experience as a Concierge or equivalent
Weekend availability
