Empório Aragão, an international Haute Couture 3.0 luxury brand and experiential house, is looking for an aggressive, autonomous, and resilient intern with a strong commercial mindset to handle international sponsorship acquisition for our upcoming global events (Paris, London, Hong Kong).
This is an exceptional opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates (particularly in International Relations, Business Management, Communication, or related fields) looking to break into the global luxury market and build a high-impact career.
What We Offer:
- Elite Remuneration Model: 50% commission on the total value of sponsorships successfully secured (offering high earning potential alongside the internship framework).
- Career Growth & Flexibility: Upon reaching the milestone of €50,000 in annual sponsorships secured, the choice is yours: you can either maintain the high-commission structure or transition to a full-time employment contract with a fixed base salary of €1,400 per month.
- Global Exposure: Direct involvement in high-profile international projects (Paris, London, Hong Kong) with 100% remote flexibility.
Requirements (Mandatory Filters):
- Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a strong strategic asset.
- A true "hunter" profile with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a relentless focus on closing deals.
- Total autonomy in market research and national/international outreach.
