Position: Agile Coach
Location: Porto - 2x a week in the office
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple teams or Agile programs at scale
- Drive Agile adoption and maturity across teams and stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to optimize delivery
- Remove complex systemic impediments and manage dependencies
- Mentor Agile Masters and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report progress through advanced metrics and data analytics
- Project and KPI reporting to senior stakeholders
- Implement and optimize advanced Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, DAD)
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Agile Coach
- Strong capability in organizational change and Agile transformation
- Expertise in facilitating complex workshops and decision forums
- Ability to align business objectives with Agile delivery
- Experience in coaching leaders and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with complex software development processes and IT governance
- Deep experience with Agile and scaled frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong experience with Agile delivery and portfolio management tools
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret delivery metrics and flow indicators
- Familiarity with cloud-native and product-centric delivery models
- Advanced/ Fluent in English
