Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
- offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
- Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
- Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.
The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker (C2). This project does not require English.
We'd be more than happy if you have:

- Will to work from the office in Braga (100% on-site)
We offer:
- Base salary of 930€ per 14 months (or 1085€ per 12 moths, you decide!)
- + meal allowance of around 7 Euros per day (around 150 Euros per month) - paid in full each month
- Performance bonus up to 150€ per 12 months
