We are currently hiring Hebrew-speaking professionals to join an international customer experience team based in Lisbon. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment while supporting business clients across online platforms.
As part of the role, you will assist business users with platform-related questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and help optimize their experience with digital tools and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to business customers via phone, chat, and email
- Assist users with account-related questions and platform navigation
- Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
- Offer guidance on available tools, settings, and best practices
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and user experience
What You Bring to the Team:
- Fluent/Native Hebrew speaker with good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital systems and multitasking
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in customer support, technical assistance, or online platforms is considered an advantage
The Offer:
