We’re looking for a Director, Human Resources to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave contract, supporting our employees and leaders across Europe and North America.

You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to help solve challenges, support teams through growth and change, and create a positive experience for employees throughout their journey with us.
Lisbon (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
- Partner with leaders across Europe and North America to understand their teams, challenges, and business goals, and help translate those needs into thoughtful people strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping them navigate people decisions, strengthen their teams, and create an environment where employees can thrive.
- Support and execute key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, engagement, compensation, and organizational planning.
- Provide thoughtful guidance and support on employee relations matters, balancing business needs with empathy and care.
- Partner with the broader HR team to deliver programs and experiences that make a meaningful impact for employees.
- Use people insights and data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and help leaders make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with employees across the organization and be someone they feel comfortable turning to for support and guidance.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience supporting global teams across multiple regions.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior leaders and fast-moving organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR practices across Europe and North America.
- A passion for partnering with leaders and helping teams navigate growth, change, and new opportunities.
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with people at all levels of the organization.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
- A genuine interest in creating great employee experiences and helping people do their best work.

The annual salary range for this role is €70,000 – €90,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and depth of knowledge.
