We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting gaming project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll assist customers with technical issues, account management, and product-related inquiries while delivering an outstanding support experience across multiple communication channels.
Your Role
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
- Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices
- Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting
- Provide information and assistance before and after product purchases
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in French
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools and support systems
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules within business operating hours
