Join Transcom as a Customer Service Specialist!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:
- Work for a leading online wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with unique brands and makers around the world;
- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer inquiries, questions, and order-related requests in a timely and accurate manner through email, tickets and chat channels;
- Contribute to the project’s success by identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing knowledge, collaborating with colleagues, and helping deliver a high quality customer support experience.
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English;
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
- Proven experience in the customer service environment;
- Availability to work in a rotating schedule (Monday to Friday);
- Availability to work in our office in center Porto.
