Who we are & What we do
At Logoplaste, the Tax function supports the Group’s operations across multiple countries by ensuring tax compliance, strong internal controls, and consistent tax processes.
Working closely with Finance teams and external advisors, the Tax team plays a key role in managing tax risks, maintaining high quality documentation, and supporting the business in a complex international environment.
Job Summary
Support global tax compliance and controls across multiple countries, ensuring accurate tax reporting, strong documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
Key tasks & Activities:
- Support corporate and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including CIT prepayments, Withholding Taxes, VAT, Intrastat and Packaging & Plastic Taxes.
- Prepare, reconcile and validate tax data extracted from SAP, ensuring accuracy prior to review.
- Apply controls and verification checks to tax documentation to support audit readiness.
- Monitor tax compliance calendars and support timely delivery of filings.
- Act as an operational contact with external advisors, coordinating technical requests and information.
- Support Transfer Pricing compliance through documentation and data validation.
- Assist with audits and tax authority inquiries by preparing supporting documentation.
- Provide second-line tax support to internal teams and stay up to date on tax legislation.
Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance or tax support, ideally in an international or multinational environment.
Technical Skills
- Solid Knowledge of MS Office with Advanced Excel;
- Solid understanding of tax compliance processes (CIT, VAT, WHT).
- Strong analytical skills and a controls focused mindset.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Comfortable coordinating with Finance teams and external advisors.
- Fluent English.
