The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving strategic projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they support the organization’s critical priorities. The position will require strong collaboration with multiple internal departments, with potential interaction with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Analyse and resolve critical business issues across different departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
Partner with department heads and the C-suite to connect organizational initiatives with strategic goals;
Generate data-driven insights to inform business strategy;
Effectively coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources;
Support and contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and long-term direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly valued;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic reasoning, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving capabilities;
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while overseeing several projects at once;
Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work independently and across different functions.
