What You’ll Do:
Provide professional and efficient support, ensuring excellent service delivery
Identify root causes of reported issues and deliver effective solutions
Accurately document and summarise customer interactions
Escalate high-risk or critical cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

Native/fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
