Our company specializes in CRM sales, and we are currently looking for a legal writer / legal copywriter / lawyer with experience in preparing legal documentation for SaaS, CRM, software, or other digital products.
We need a specialist who can review, edit, adapt, and draft legal pages and policies for our website, including but not limited to:
Terms of Use Agreement;
Privacy Policy;
Data Processing Addendum / data protection documents;
Security Statement;
Vulnerability Disclosure Program;
Cookie Policy;
Acceptable Use Policy;
other website legal documents and policies.
Main languages:
English, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Latin America), Bahasa Indonesia, and Turkish.
A strong understanding of international legal documentation, data protection, privacy, consumer protection, and SaaS/platform terms is important.
We primarily consider candidates who already have experience drafting or reviewing legal documents for websites, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, software companies, or international digital services.
The workflow will be as follows:
our internal lawyer will provide the necessary business and legal information, and the specialist will need to review, edit, draft, and adapt the documents to ensure they are clear, legally consistent, and compliant with applicable legal requirements and standards in the relevant jurisdictions.
