Your Role
As a Bilingual Health Claims Officer, you will play a key role in the support and follow-up of expatriate members, managing health insurance contracts and medical claims with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from expatriate members and beneficiaries
- Answer coverage and contract-related questions
- Manage health claims reimbursements and third-party payments to healthcare providers
- Update member rights and issue third-party payment cards
- Support members with administrative and medical procedures abroad
- Maintain accurate case follow-up in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare partners to ensure a smooth customer journey

Profile
- Fluent English & French required (additional languages are a strong asset)
- Customer service experience, ideally in a back-office or health insurance environment
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an international and structured setting
- 2–5 years of experience preferred
