About Speedy Flower LDA
Speedy Flower is a growing property management company based in Faro City Centre, specializing in high-quality local accommodation (Alojamento Local / AL) and short-term rentals. As we expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Airbnb Turnover Specialist to ensure our properties consistently meet 5-star hospitality standards for incoming guests.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Standard Turnover Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas following strict hospitality and AL standards between guest stays.
- Linen & Towel Management: Strip used beddings and towels, replace them with fresh hotel-grade linens, and prepare laundry for pick-up/washing.
- Guest-Ready Presentation: Restock essential amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea packs, welcome kits) and stage rooms to create a welcoming, top-tier first impression.
- Quality & Damage Inspection: Conduct quick property checks after check-outs to identify, photograph, and report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Efficient Scheduling: Work within tight checkout/check-in windows (typically 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to ensure properties are clean and guest-ready strictly on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, holiday let cleaning, or Airbnb turnovers is highly preferred.
- Sharp eye for detail—you notice the little things that lead to 5-star reviews (e.g., streak-free mirrors, fluffing pillows, spotlessly clean kitchens).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under strict check-in deadlines.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work legally in Portugal (EU work authorization / NIF / NSS).
