We are currently looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer for our facilities in Sintra.
Responsibilities:
- Reception and handling of international enquiries;
- Preparation and development of commercial proposals;
- Follow-ups with clients;
- Sales closing;
- Direct customer support and assistance;
- Other duties inherent to the role.
- Administrative management of commercial processes, from proposal preparation and follow-up through to sales completion;
- Management of international client orders;
- After-sales customer support;
- Monitoring and control of client payments;
- Management of customer portfolio;
- Analysis, collection and insertion of data into PRIMAVERA software.
Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience in a commercial/sales role;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluent English (C1);
- Fluent French and/or Spanish (Plus);
- Knowledge of CRM, PHC, PRIMAVERA or SAP software is preferred (not mandatory).
