We're recruiting!
We are looking for French-speaking customer service managers to deliver a high-quality customer experience for a new client who is one of the world leaders in long-term vehicle hire (LLD) and mobility solutions.
Your responsibilities :
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Process customer requests in the backoffice
- Advise, support and reassure customers
- Handle objections and complaints
- Use various IT tools
- Adopt a sales-oriented approach in line with project requirements
Required profile:
- French C1/C2 level essential (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of another language (English/Portuguese/Spanish) would be an advantage
- Good command of IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity
- Customer service experience recommended
- Availability for flexible working hours (40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday between 07:00–19:00)
