About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) Functional Consultant to join our growing Microsoft practice. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Bulgaria or Portugal, available on either a permanent or contract basis.
You will play a key role in delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyse business processes and translate requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE modules, including:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Customer Insights (desirable)
- Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Work collaboratively with technical consultants and developers on customisations and integrations.
- Support testing, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience delivering end-to-end CRM projects.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with:
- Dataverse
- Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Business Process Flows
- Security Roles and Permissions
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Power BI knowledge.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- PL-200
- MB-280
- Other Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
